The click starts at 56 beats per minute and goes to 144 beats per minute in 4 bpm increments. Each tempo is on a separate track and goes for a full 3 minutes.

Test-Your-Time Metronome CD

This CD does what no regular metronome can do--it gives you two measures of click alternating with two measures of silence. Play along with the click for two measures, keep playing during the two measures of silence, then see if you’re still in time when the click comes back in. It’s a great way to build and test your sense of time.

The Test-Your-Time Metronome CD has 22 different tempos, from 56 bpm to 140 bpm. Each tempo is on a separate 3 minute track.
